How do I cancel, or get a refund?
Purchases are made through your Apple Account, so Apple handles them. Cancel a subscription in your Apple Account's subscription settings. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How much does it cost?
Free: one home and floor, the survey walk and Wi-Fi map, the diagnosis, network checks, the Mac monitor and the provider case. Ground Truth Pro adds more homes and floors, every map layer, Wi-Fi-only tests with your Mac, PDF and CSV reports, before and after, 3D and AR: $2.99 a month, $19.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, or $49.99 once. Family Sharing included.
What do I need?
iPhone or iPad with iOS 26.1 or later, Mac with macOS 26 or later. Scanning a floor plan needs an iPhone or iPad with LiDAR; everything else works without it.
What happens to my data?
No sign-in. Surveys and provider cases stay on your devices; location is removed from shared surveys and account numbers never leave the device.
